Granite Threshold

A granite threshold is a beveled slab of durable natural granite used to create a smooth, finished transition between different flooring types or levels, or to seal the gap at doorways, preventing drafts and moisture seepage. They are highly durable, stain-resistant, and water-resistant, making them suitable for high-traffic areas like entryways, bathrooms, and kitchens, as well as for applications such as shower curbs or window sills

Common Applications

  • Doorways:Placed at the base of doors to provide a clean, functional, and decorative transition between rooms or between interior and exterior spaces.
  • Bathrooms:Used as a threshold at bathroom entries to prevent water from seeping onto adjacent flooring or as a shower curb to contain water within the shower.
  • Window Sills:Can also be used as window sills due to their durability and resistance to moisture and stains.
  • Interior Accents:Serves as a decorative accent piece or a transition between different flooring types in commercial and residential settings.
